  • The most common problems at meetings and how to solve some of them quickly and easily
  • The roles of the four meeting hosts – how to balance them within yourself and/or your team
  • REVIVE 5 stages – from relationship to results and growth – how to balance this in meetings
  • Meeting cycle – from strategic to daily operational – how to ensure consistency between them
  • Meeting rhythm – information flows from level C to executive team meetings
  • You will become familiar with the REVIVE model and learn how to structure different types of meetings.

  • Stages of meetings: preparation, meeting process, follow-up
  • Agenda – check-in, grouping of topics, summarizing
  • Managing discussions using various methods
  • Decision-making methods
  • Strengthening responsibility and discovering volunteers
  • Practice: how to include the quiet ones, silence the dominant ones, break down complex topics, and consolidate ideas

  • What happens when nothing happens? – hidden causes
  • Gestalt principles – recognizing gaps in behavior
  • Recognizing participants' behavior patterns: projection, withdrawal, introjection
