This is a tool designed for dialogue between a production or sales manager and an employee (operator, salesperson, etc.) that helps to easily prepare, conduct, and record individual conversations:

The Basic tool should be used in conjunction with Classic for individual conversations, cascading down from senior managers. Start with the Classic set for conversations with production managers (foremen, shift supervisors, store managers and assistants, etc.), and then give them Basic kits so that they can also conduct conversations with their subordinate production or sales employees in a simpler and shorter manner.
The tool can be used both individually and together with an employee – this creates a common structure for the conversation, reduces tension, and increases engagement. It is useful to watch the video lessons before the first conversations.
