- The roles of the four meeting hosts – how to balance them within yourself and/or your team
- REVIVE 5 stages – from relationship to results and growth – how to balance this in meetings
- Meeting cycle – from strategic to daily operational – how to ensure consistency between them
- Meeting rhythm – information flows from level C to executive team meetings
- You will become familiar with the REVIVE model and learn how to structure different types of meetings.
