Return policy
Delivery rules:
- Delivery is only available in Lithuania, using parcel terminals.
- The delivery cost is specified at the time of purchase and may vary depending on the selected parcel terminal, product size, and weight.
- Orders placed on working days before 2 p.m. will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 2 p.m., on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
- The delivery period is 1-3 working days from the date of shipment.
- Download links for digital products will be provided by email and will also be available on the /account/ page when you log in to your account.
Return policy:
- Physical products can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided that they are undamaged and the packaging is intact.
- The product must be returned to the post office where it was received, using the same shipping service.
- The buyer must inform the online store administration of their desire to return the product by emailing info@talk2grow.lt indicating the order number and reason for the return.
- The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Once the product has been received and inspected, the money will be refunded within 14 days.
Important:if you are returning defective goods (e.g., a book with a damaged cover), we will cover the shipping costs. If you are returning goods in their original packaging, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. As required by European Union e-commerce laws, once we receive the returned goods, we will refund your money to the specified account or replace the goods with others within 14 days. If your shipment was subject to a shipping fee, the delivery costs will not be refunded.
Returns of digital products:
- Digital products cannot be returned as they are intangible items.
- If a customer has a problem with a digital product, please contact the online store administration by email at info@talk2grow.lt
